Lesley Ann Brandt and Maria Bartiromo

Born on 2 December 1981 in Cape Town South Africa Lesley-Ann Brandt is an actress and model who is well-known for her appearances in both film and TV series. Brandt started out her acting by appearing in her role in the New Zealand comedy Diplomatic Immunity. Following that she was offered her first American performance in Spartacus: Blood and Sand as Naevia. Since then, the actress has been featured in many TV series, such as that of Spartacus: Gods of the Arena CSI: NY Single Ladies as well as The Librarians. Brandt is currently appearing as Mazikeen as a character from Tom Ellis Lauren German Kevin Alejandro's urban fantasy Lucifer. Brandt was born and was raised in Cape Town South Africa and after that, she moved to Auckland New Zealand with her family when she was in her teens. Her career began as a model by appearing in ads and commercials. Her meteoric rise as a supermodel began when she began working in retail and IT recruitment. In 2009 she was offered her first role in Leilani on the New Zealand comedy Diplomatic Immunity. In 2021, she appeared on Spartacus Blood and Sand as an unnamed young slave girl Naevia. The character of Naevia was also reprised by her in the Spartacus mini-series Spartacus Gods of the Arena. Craig Parker and she co-starred in three television shows, Diplomatic Immunity (2009), Spartacus (2010), and Legend of the Seeker (2008). In 2016 she started playing a bounty-hunting demon named Mazikeen in Lucifer, the Netflix successful show Lucifer. She has played her the most significant role to now. The show co-stars her together with Tom Ellis Lauren Germany Kevin Alejandro, and D. B. Woodside.
