Ally Sheedy Bio

Alexandra Elizabeth Sheedy has been an American actor since 1983. Following her film debut in 1983's Bad Boys, she was part in the Brat Pack group of actors. She was also a part on WarGames The Breakfast Club and Short Circuit. Sheedy received the Independent Spirit Award, Best Female Actor, for her performance as Lisa Cholodenko in High Art. The 12th April 1992, Sheedy was married by actor David Lansbury, the cousin to actress Angela Lansbury and son of Edgar Lansbury the original producer of Godspell. Beckett (born at the age of 14 in 1994) is the son of the couple. Sheedy said she has learned a great deal from Beckett. Alexandra Elizabeth Ally Sheedy is an American author and actress. Her birth date was 13 June 1962. She is best known for her roles as a character in the Brat Pack movies The Breakfast Club and St. Elmo's Fire. The Breakfast Club is the name given to the John Hughes film. The "Breakfast Club" title is an abbreviation used in some schools for the term detention.
